Not Your Usual Bowl of Oats

A hot bowl of nourishment...

Nutritionists say that you should get more fiber into your diet to lower your cholesterol, improve your digestion, and pretty much keep you in running order.  Unfortunately, putting more fiber in your diet has long consisted of downing bowls of oatmeal or oat bran for breakfast or munching through Graham crackers, whole-grain bread, and eight-grain crispbreads that barely taste better than cardboard.

Thus, it’s a lucky break that I recently found a great source of fiber that doesn’t have to taste like a culinary horror story: oat noodles.
