A Vietnamese Mixed Plate

COM Thit Nuong Cha Gio

This has to be one of my favorite restaurant set meals: Pho Hoa‘s com thit nuong cha gio.  It consists of grilled pork (com thit), those lovely spring rolls filled with pork, veggies, and sotanghon (cha gio), and fried rice (nuong) flavored with soy and mixed with finely chopped carrots and green beans.  Super-satisfying!

  1. My husband and I love Pho Hoa! We usually have the Pho, but I also discovered this noodle bowl (no soup) with the grilled pork that I love too – the dish is called bun thit nuong 🙂
