This is the Italian Mother’s Omelette from Butter Diner at the Araneta Center. It’s stuffed with a fab mixture of bulk Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, and mushrooms, and comes with bread (that you toast in the toasters at each table in the diner), orange marmalade, and your choice of flavored butter.
