Cheap Yet Flavorful

I’ve said this time and time again: eating on the cheap doesn’t have to be a horrifying experience involving ersatz food in an unappealing place chosen only because one’s budget didn’t leave much in the way of choices.  Indeed, eating on the cheap can actually be nice.  A good case in point would be a meal at the Steam Shop over on Malakas St. in Quezon City.  I mean, where else can you get a full meal – protein, veg, rice – plus soup and a drink for only P 50.00?
