C’est Parfait!: A Summery Treat

I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat since it suddenly turned gruesomely hot after a week-long cold snap, so I just rummaged in the freezer.

And, along with a sliced banana, some granola, and a bit of leftover ganache, I used some vanilla ice cream to make a Banana Split Parfait.

Aah…  C’est si bon!
