Some mornings just aren’t coffee mornings; more like they’re tea mornings.  But sometimes hot tea – not even if you’ve cut it with cream (lots of it) and sugar (just the faintest nip) – doesn’t work so well, either.

Iced tea?  You’ve got to be kidding!

Iced chai is more like it: cold creamy sweet-spiciness gliding down your throat and soothing whatever pains your weary soul harbors at the moment.  So much more the better if said tumbler of chai comes to your table with a cloud of cream billowing magnificently on top.
